Yes, you may get free trial service. If you have bulk quantities and you may take free service for first 2 images to check the quality of our service before placing any order.

Not at all, we discard the images from our server after certain period to prevent any further use of your images.

We can provide service every type of files, regardless whether it’s JPG, PNG, TIFF, EPS or PSD. However, we prefer JPG as it’s more convenient to upload or download because of its small size.

It will depend on the basis of your needs. We can supply the file image in almost any format whatever suits you best.

Please visit our quotation request page, upload the images, fill-up the form and submit to get the quotation. You must get the reply within an hour after submitting the quotation request form.

Our web up-loader can’t handle more than 60mb file (each) but you can send as large file as you wish by using FTP. There is no limit of quantity in case  of any of the systems.

Sure, your FTP account is out of risk. We allow individual FTP account with unique user name and password.

Turnaround depends on the basis of quantity and complexity of images. Usually we meet the delivery of any order by 24 hours. Time is money; we value your urgency. The urgent delivery of any order starts from 6 hours.

No, we accept any order regardless the quantity. We give same priority to all the orders, no matter, either big or small.

We offer FTP for quick upload and downloading . We also accept any other method like client’s own server or any third party like we transfer, drop box etc.

Yes, you can. Once you become our regular client, you will be eligible to get this service from our billing department. We consider a client as regular when we get 5-6 orders per month from him.

After finishing an order with your complete satisfaction we will send you an invoice with the payment details including the link for payment. We accept PayPal, Pioneer, Master Card, Debit Card etc. You can set up a monthly payment schedule for ongoing orders.

Sure, we assure the safety of your images. All of our employees are signed in an agreement letter which confirms no personal use of any image outside production house. Our production house is highly protected by firewall and strong anti-virus to protect your confidentiality.
